Warehouse Technician

About the role

We're seeking a Millwork Warehouse Technician who excels in precision, efficiency, and teamwork. This role is integral to our Millwork operations, requiring a blend of hands-on skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming millwork materials and finished goods
• Pick, stage, and load products for delivery to job sites or client locations
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and inventory accuracy
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Communicate clearly with production and delivery teams to meet project timelines
• Track inventory and support production scheduling
• Participate in quality checks and packaging of custom millwork items

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or millwork environment preferred
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus (we can train the right candidate)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software is an asset
• A high school diploma or equivalent
