Warehouse Technician - 2nd Shift

About the role

We are seeking full-time 2nd shift Warehouse Technicians to join our team. This position involves picking orders accurately using a smart phone-like device and motorized transport, contributing to the success of the Distribution Center by adhering to safety policies and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily 5S tasks (warehouse organization and cleaning)
• Work safely and adhere to productivity rates
• Follow defined standard work for each task
• Contribute to the Continuous Improvement Program by participating on value stream teams or suggesting improvements
• Other tasks may include receiving inbound shipments and auditing/packing outbound orders

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Able to accurately match visual information on smart phone device with product labels
• Able to count products accurately on every pick
• Strong addition and multiplication skills
• Able to exchange information with co-workers and work as part of a team
• Able to use smart phone device continuously during shift
• Able to lift 10+ lbs. and occasionally lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
• Able to bend 90 degrees and twist 45 degrees
• Able to operate motorized equipment safely
• Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions

Qualifications

• Ability to work voluntary / mandatory overtime as needed

Pay

$17.00 per hour + $3.00 per hour shift premium

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
