Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure delivered goods are prepared in time and according to customer requirements (customer logistic handbook)
• Communicates with coworkers and supervisor regarding upcoming deliveries.
• Communicate with supervisor regarding shortages and other problems daily.
• Give feedback to your team members and support employees if they need help.
• Enter data in SAP to reflect movement of goods and to print labels.
• Follow all packaging instructions, work instructions, company and department guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Perform the loading and unloading of various stock.
• Perform the loading and unloading truck deliveries daily.
• Perform logistic related tasks for warehouse, receiving, shipping, empty containers.
• Ensure all relevant paperwork is correct, correctly filled out, attached to the respective container, or handed on according to process. From HR or area management, if needed.
• Ensure enforcement of policies and procedures.
• Identify areas of improvement and take necessary action.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by shift leader.

Safety related tasks

• Affirms safety rules and procedures are always followed, does not tolerate any exceptions.
• If unsafe behavior is detected, stop employee immediately.
