Warehouse Team Member

Why this role matters: This entry-level position works as part of an onsite operations team to move, organize, and prepare merchandise. The work is active and team-oriented. This is an on-site position. The work is performed in a store, stockroom, warehouse, distribution center, production facility, or similar physical work environment, with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, coworkers, supervisors, drivers, or other onsite teams as applicable. Perform assigned picking, packing, sorting, or stocking tasks Move products between designated warehouse areas Complete basic inventory checks Follow team instructions and facility safety standards Success looks like: A strong entry-level candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, able to communicate clearly with others, attentive to accuracy and safety, and willing to learn established procedures.
