Warehouse Team Member

Key Job Tasks Include Picking and retrieving customer grain/feed orders from warehouse shelving and storage areas Assisting customers by accurately loading their ordered products (such as grain bags, feed, and supplies) directly into their vehicles Checking in incoming loads of grain/feed, verifying quantities, and placing them in the appropriate warehouse locations Mixing custom birdseed blends and bagging products as needed Managing inventory through accurate tracking, organizing stock, rotating products, and helping maintain up-to-date shelf/bin levels Ensuring the warehouse, storage areas, and loading zones stay clean, organized, and safe Additional warehouse duties as needed, such as receiving shipments, basic equipment operation, and supporting team members Must be able to read invoices/orders accurately and match/load the correct feed/grain bags and products for customers Great attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and proper inventory handling Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and handle heavy bags/sacks Reliable transportation to get to work consistently Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work for long periods of time (including outdoors in various weather) Commitment to following all safety protocols and warehouse procedures Desire to be a team player in a company that values its employees and supports professional growth Ability or willingness to operate a forklift (no prior experience required—we provide training and certification assistance!)
