Warehouse Team Member

Responsibilities

• Pick and retrieve customer grain/feed orders from warehouse shelving and storage areas
• Assist customers by accurately loading their ordered products (such as grain bags, feed, and supplies) directly into their vehicles
• Check in incoming loads of grain/feed, verify quantities, and place them in the appropriate warehouse locations
• Mix custom birdseed blends and bag products as needed
• Manage inventory through accurate tracking, organizing stock, rotating products, and helping maintain up-to-date shelf/bin levels
• Ensure the warehouse, storage areas, and loading zones stay clean, organized, and safe
• Perform additional warehouse duties as needed, such as receiving shipments, basic equipment operation, and supporting team members

Requirements

• Ability to read invoices/orders accurately and match/load the correct feed/grain bags and products for customers
• Great attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and proper inventory handling
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and handle heavy bags/sacks
• Reliable transportation to get to work consistently
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work for long periods of time (including outdoors in various weather)
• Commitment to following all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
• Desire to be a team player in a company that values its employees and supports professional growth
• Ability or willingness to operate a forklift (no prior experience required—training and certification assistance provided)
