  • each. Requirements: Might be "REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS". Also "PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS". Could combine under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide where each piece fits. We have "REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:" which includes education, experience, skills, etc. That could go under Qualifications. We have "PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:" which could go under Requirements (maybe physical requirements). Or we could put under Requirements. Skills: maybe "Excellent time management and customer service skills required." Could be under Skills. But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's see what we have substantive content for each. - About the role: we have a paragraph describing role and company. Good. - Responsibilities: we have list of duties. Good. - Requirements: we have physical requirements (detailed). Could also include "Must be at least 18, possess high school diploma or equivalent" etc but those are qualifications. Might be better to put those under Qualifications. - Qualifications: we have REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS list (education, experience, forklift, ability to read docs, customer service skills, professional appearance, ability to perform physical work, prior distribution warehouse experience preferred). That's substantive. - Skills: we have "Excellent time management and customer service skills required." Also maybe "ability to read and interpret documents" etc but that's more qualification. Could create Skills section with time management and customer service. - Benefits: we have benefits package. - Pay: we have "$18.00/hour + DOE + plus incentive pay potential!" - Schedule: we have part-time/full-time schedule details. We need to avoid sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Not. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove "Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities". Also remove "Apply Today! #FV". Also remove the asterisks lines. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

    Schedule

Part-Time: Monday-Friday; 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Full-Time: Monday-Friday; 10:00 AM- approximately 7:00 PM (and as needed). Times will vary during peak times.

Check if any content missing: The "Excellent time management and customer service skills required." appears also in About the role paragraph? Actually About the role paragraph includes "Excellent time management and customer service skills required." It's there. If we also put in Skills, we might duplicate. Better to avoid duplication. We could move that sentence to Skills and not repeat in About the role. Let's adjust About the role to exclude that sentence. Original About the role paragraph: "Join the COASTAL CREW! Coastal Beverage Company, Inc., the leading beverage distributor in Eastern North Carolina is looking for a WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBER. If you are a service driven professional looking for a solid career with a growing company, then we invite you to join our CREW! As a WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBER, you will be responsible for safely moving, picking and loading our beverage products onto our delivery trucks. Excellent time management and customer service skills required." We can split: About the role: first two sentences maybe. Then Skills: Excellent time management and customer service skills required. Thus About the role: "Join the COASTAL CREW! Coastal Beverage Company, Inc., the leading beverage distributor in Eastern North Carolina is looking for a WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBER. If you are a service driven professional looking for a solid career with a growing company, then we invite you to join our CREW! As a WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBER, you will be responsible for safely moving, picking and loading our beverage products onto our delivery trucks." Skills: "Excellent time management and customer service skills required." Now Responsibilities: list items 1-7. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract each duty. 1.
