Part-Time Warehouse Team Member

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Team Member - Small Parcel to join our part-time team at our distribution center in Lexington, SC. This position offers weekly pay, day shift (Monday to Friday), and generous company contributions toward retirement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles within the Small Parcel department.
• Assist in team lifts and perform tasks such as lifting items ranging from 40-45 lbs, occasionally up to 80-100 lbs, standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, and performing tasks at various levels of height.

Requirements

Qualified candidates must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs.
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs.
• Assist in team lifts.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop.
• Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders.

Benefits

Weekly pay, day shift (Monday to Friday), generous company contributions toward retirement, and an opportunity to earn an additional $0.69 - $2.01 per hour with quarterly performance bonuses.

Pay

Earn up to $25.01 /hr, wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.50 - $23.00 per hour with regular increases every 180 days.

Schedule

Sunday & Monday, 10 hours each day.
