Warehouse Team Lead - Weekend Shift
About the role
As a Team Lead for our Inventory Control, Flat Breakdown, Pallet Loop, Quality Verification and Control, Receiving, Receiving Control Office, Shipping Sorter Operator, Shipping, Ticketing, Trouble, Vendor Verification and Compliance, Quality Audit, Seeding or Special Processing team you will be responsible for ensuring your team members are implementing company safety standards, while conducting their work efficiently, effectively and accurately in order to meet or exceed established productivity goals. You will lead by example, performing all job duties with a high degree of expertise while helping bring our company Core Values and Our Burlington philosophy to life for your team to create a positive, welcoming environment where associates feel supported, respected, and appreciated.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities of team members in conjunction with and in absence of supervisor
- Train new team members in job duties to standards
- Produce daily production reports
- Ability to use RF (radio frequency) technology
- Ability to perform same duties and responsibilities as team members
- Expert knowledge of company safety standards and guidelines in order to ensure team members maintain compliance with those standards
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 50 lbs. or more
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Pay
Base Pay: $23.00 per hour – $25.85 per hour
