Warehouse Team Lead - Weekend Overnight Shift

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of team members in conjunction with and in absence of supervisor
• Train new team members in job duties to standards
• Produce daily production reports
• Ability to use RF (radio frequency) technology
• Ability to perform same duties and responsibilities as team members
• Expert knowledge of company safety standards and guidelines in order to ensure team members maintain compliance with those standards

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 50 lbs. or more
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Pay

Base pay: $23.50 – $26.35 per hour

Competitive wage with weekly pay, performance‑based bonuses and pay rate increases

Schedule

3‑day work week with overnight shifts: East Coast shift Friday‑through‑Sunday, West Coast shift Saturday‑through‑Monday
