About the role

The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the warehouse team, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. This includes managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and training new employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the warehouse to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
• Cooking and baking recipes and creating new dishes based on customer feedback and menu trends.
• Train and mentor new warehouse employees, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Resolve issues and conflicts within the warehouse team, fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage inventory and logistics effectively.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse automation systems and equipment.
