- Hourly Rate: $21hr – $22hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (Full Time) 6AM-3PM
Responsibilities
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments of products and materials.
- Record all receipts and accurately enter data into the company computer system.
- Stage materials for scheduled pick-ups and outbound shipments.
- Assist with lifting large units and handle material pick-up and delivery as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse while maintaining inventory stock levels and requesting replenishment as needed, with detailed updates to our procurement department.
- Follow all safety requirements for equipment, tools, and warehouse operations.
- Recommend changes/improvements to work processes and operational procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 1yr of Warehouse/Inventory Management Experience
- Prior Supervisory/Leadership Experience is Preferred
- Prior Experience within the Construction/Home Improvement Industry is Preferred
- Forklift Operation Certification is Preferred
- Basic Computer Skills and Microsoft Office Proficiency (i.e., Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to Physically Lift Up to 75lbs
- Strong listening and empathy skills
- Demonstrate interpersonal communication skills
- Organization skills for managing work schedules, job priorities, and stock levels
