Warehouse Team Lead - 3rd shift
Responsibilities
- Cookware operations to meet production and business needs.
- Maintain timely loading, unloading, and scheduling of products and ingredients to meet plant and corporate objectives.
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure efficient handling of raw materials and customer orders.
- Establish and maintain inventory rotation practices and product hold programs.
- Perform periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify obsolete materials.
- Enforce plant safety programs and good manufacturing practices across operations.
- Monitor warehouse areas and team activities to eliminate hazards and unsafe behaviors.
- Inspect equipment, submit repair requests, and recommend improvements for safe and efficient operation.
- Train team members on safety procedures including forklift operation, material handling, and trailer loading.
- Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates, reinforcing performance expectations and addressing issues.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through labor optimization, damage reduction, and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records using warehouse management systems and enterprise systems.
- Communicate effectively with peers and plant leadership regarding priorities and performance.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, food processing, or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse management processes.
- Strong computer skills including spreadsheet and enterprise systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and lead a team.
- Demonstrated leadership capability in a team-based environment.
Physical Requirements
- You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination.
- You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size.
- This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment.
- Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $59,000 - $79,000. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.

About the Role
Reporting to plant leadership, you will lead a team of warehouse associates in executing daily operations including material handling, shipping and receiving, and inventory control. You will ensure established procedures and safety standards are followed while supporting efficient product flow and accurate inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
