Responsibilities
- Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations.
- Perform warehouse functions, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
- Allocate resources and organize and distribute daily work duties to members to ensure optimal shift/team operational logistics.
- Inspire and guide team members towards improved Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s) using the appropriate leadership styles and methods.
- Absorb and provide necessary information, technology, and tools to employees for their jobs.
- Aid in promoting health and safety working methods within the warehouse.
- Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
- Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One (1) year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred.
- One (1) year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred.
- One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) experience preferred.
- One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Advanced knowledge and/or experience with an RF scanner preferred.
- A valid forklift operator's license certified preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred.
- Effective leadership skills preferred.
- Possesses flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills preferred.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and/or experience with an RF scanner advanced required.
Skills
- Ability to learn/operate powered industrial equipment, cherry pickers/order pickers, pallet jacks, etc.

Pay
Weekly hourly pay of $23.00 per hour.
Schedule
Sunday-Tuesday: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
Wednesday: 6:00 am - 12:00 pm
