Warehouse Supervisor (Will-Call)

About the Role

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees warehouse operations, leads and develops team members, and drives safety and performance. This role ensures efficient receiving, processing, and distribution activities, supporting an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to the Branch Operations Manager, this position is ideal for a customer-focused, safety-oriented individual who drives continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, processing, and distribution operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Oversee and actively participate in safety, quality, performance, and customer experience, maintaining accurate operational records.
• Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment and personal protective equipment, upholding all health, hygiene, and safety requirements.
• Train, coach, and motivate warehouse employees; manage performance through feedback and development.
• Achieve performance goals through effective space utilization, inventory accuracy, and workflow optimization.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP / ERP systems.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with math, computer use, and accurate typing.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and accurately reading and writing measurements, including fractions.

Pay

Position Pay Range: $61,000 USD - $76,000 USD
