Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily 3rd shift warehouse activities; receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and shipping.
- Prepare shift schedules and assign tasks to meet production and delivery deadlines.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies using D365 ERP system.
- Ensure proper handling, storage and documentation of components and mechanical equipment.
- Lead, coach, and train warehouse associates; conduct performance reviews.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment with strong attendance and accountability.
- Resolve conflicts, address performance issues, and recommend hiring/promotions.
Safety and Compliance
- Enforce OSHA safety standards, 7S/5S housekeeping, and PPE compliance.
- Investigate incidents/accidents; prepare reports and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain a safety-first culture; ensure all associates follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Production, and Quality teams to optimize material flow.
- Support Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO initiatives as applicable.
Administrative Duties
- Track attendance, tardiness, overtime, and payroll records.
- Communicate shift status, issues, and achievements to day-shift leadership and Senior Manager.
- Avoid errors in shipping/receiving paperwork and system transactions.

Required Education and Experience
- 2+ years of warehouse operations experience (manufacturing or energy sector preferred)
- 1–2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including planned/unplanned overtime and weekends
- Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, bend, climb, push/pull
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field / Relevant work experience
- Experience in ISO 9001, AS9100, or clean-energy/manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification or experience with powered industrial trucks
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, bend, climb, push/pull
