Warehouse Supervisor - Receiving

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew doing multiple functions in multiple areas of the warehouse
• Serve as the primary point of contact between warehouse personnel and all levels of management, as well as customers
• Communicate with all levels of management, as well as our customers via email or phone conversations in a clear and professional manner
• Direct the necessary daily activities to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
• Maintain compliance with legal regulations and company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience working in shipping and receiving departments; previous supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work well with others
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Supervise staff and delegate tasks
• Must be able to work 8 hours to 12 hours a day, standing on a concrete surface

Bunzl Salary Range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 base determined by experience, education and market data in the geographic location.
Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits effective the 1st day of the month after 30 days - Minimum 30 hours per week
