About the role

Flipkart India Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking experienced Warehouse Supervisors for our location in Delhi. Ltd., you will be responsible for maintaining inventory, overseeing the dispatch and quality of goods, and preparing inventory reports. This role is full-time, involves working six days a week with day shifts, and is open to female candidates. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities and will be part of a team dedicated to upholding Flipkart's high standards of efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment for Flipkart India Pvt. Ltd.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updating of stock levels and reports at Flipkart India Pvt. Ltd.
• Inspect and manage the quality of goods received and dispatched from the warehouse to ensure they meet company standards.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule shipments and manage the dispatch process efficiently at Flipkart India Pvt. Ltd.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures, including proper handling of goods and use of warehouse equipment.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies for Flipkart India Pvt. Ltd.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Handle any issues or discrepancies related to inventory or warehouse operations promptly and effectively.
• Implement and improve operational procedures to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of warehouse activities at Flipkart India Pvt. Ltd.
• Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse operations with overall company goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Graduate and above qualification is required for the Warehouse Supervisor position at Flipkart India Pvt. Ltd.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, reports, and warehouse operations efficiently at Flipkart India Pvt. Ltd.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team, providing clear instructions and support to ensure smooth operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with logistics teams and report on warehouse activities.
• Flexibility to work a six-day week with day shifts, and the ability to adapt to changing operational needs.
