Warehouse Supervisor-Distribution Center

Key Responsibilities Manages warehouse staff with formal reporting responsibilityAct as backup to other Supervisors and Manager as neededLeads all activity in warehouseLead Inventory control in leading daily cycle counts, delegated inventory tasks, and assisted in process improvements.Provides work direction and mentors new and existing staffTrains new and existing employeesActs as first point of escalation for Receiving, Parts put away, and parts picking staffCoordinate team efforts towards achieving core metrics including picking, packing, shipping, loading, receiving, unloading, stocking and replenishmentWarehouse Management System subject matter expertCommunicate and solve issues with Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service, Accounting, and Inventory ControlAct, Live, and Behave by TCF Core Values Other duties as assigned Qualifications Highschool diploma required, Associates Degree preferred1-2 years warehouse/inventory experience requiredExperience with warehouse management systems is requiredPower equipment experience, preferably an OSHA approved licenseMust be able to multi-task, meet deadlines and lead teamsProficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookSkill in ERP/MRP systems a plus Physical Demands/Working Conditions Standard office environmentAbility to occasionally lift up to 20 poundsAbility to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, reachAbility to work extended hours
