Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of 4–6 warehouse associates.
• Assign work, monitor productivity, and celebrate wins while coaching for success.
• Keep shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory operations running like a well-oiled machine.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and solve problems before they become bigger issues.
• Ensure every inbound and outbound shipment is accurate, complete, and customer-ready.
• Cook up inbound container deliveries with carriers and keep freight flowing.
• Train new team members and help develop future warehouse leaders.
• Promote a culture where safety, teamwork, and accountability come first.
• Operate a stand-up forklift when needed and lead by example on the warehouse floor.
• Partner closely with the Warehouse Manager to improve processes, increase productivity, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Jump in wherever needed—because great leaders aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of warehouse lead or supervisory experience.
• Knows how to motivate a team and create a positive work environment.
• Understands warehouse operations, inventory control, and warehouse management systems.
• Is organized, dependable, and keeps cool under pressure.
• Communicates clearly and enjoys working with people.
• Takes ownership, solves problems, and doesn't wait to be asked.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Safely operates a stand-up forklift.
• Speaks Spanish (a bonus but not required).

Friday - Tuesday
Began at 6:00 AM
Ended at 4:30 PM
Four 10-hour shifts
Overtime available when business demands it
