Warehouse Supervisor
Salary Range: $66,975 - $73,625 per year. Multiple shifts available.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the functions and working of warehouse workers.
- Delegate and assign tasks and targets, and evaluate staff performance.
- Adhere to compliance with all legal and safety procedures.
- Supervise proper shift allocations and ensure efficiency of warehouse staff.
- Organize and conduct necessary training activities for staff and workers.
- Ensure proper functioning and safe operations of all warehouse tools and equipment.
- Work effectively with other managers and support new team members.
- Drive specific initiatives that deliver proven business results.
- Proactively identify additional analytic needs and ask second-order questions.
- Accurately and clearly answer questions related to your area of focus.
- Be viewed as a credible company expert on your area of focus.
- Prepare and run internal meetings with supporting analytics and data.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in management, administration, supply chain, customer service, or 5+ years of experience in product distribution to a customer base.
- Knowledge of safety and legal documentation processes for warehouse activities (MSDS, Equipment checklist, BOL).
- Working understanding of Warehouse Management Systems.
- Excellent leadership, administration, and decision-making skills.
- Strong motivational and team-building abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage time and resolve crises.
- Comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift.
- Able to read and comprehend English to ensure safety for yourself and others.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
