Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all warehouse logistics
• Perform inventory control and maintain detailed documentation for all incoming and outgoing products
• Supervise warehouse teams, including forklift operators
• Prepare and communicate schedules to the team
• Ensure warehouse equipment is serviced when needed
• Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Train new employees on equipment use and safety procedures
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and maintenance procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory position, preferably in warehouse management
• Knowledge and experience with a variety of warehouse equipment and tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Dependable attendance record
