About the role
This isn't a traditional warehouse leadership role where you'll spend your day behind a desk. We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, working alongside their team, solving problems, improving processes, and creating an environment where people can do their best work.
As our Warehouse Supervisor, you'll lead the daily flow of inventory, prescription eyewear, frames, lenses, customer orders, returns, and warehouse activities from receiving through shipping in our fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment operation. You'll help set priorities, support your team, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure every customer order is handled with care, accuracy, and efficiency.

- Own Inventory & Quality
- Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, inventory transfers, cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
- Oversee customer returns, remakes, warranty claims, vendor returns, and inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure products are accurately received, labeled, stored, tracked, and routed throughout the warehouse.
- Help identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, organization, and overall team efficiency.
- Partner Across the Business
- Work closely with the Senior Director of Operations and collaborate with Customer Service, the Optical Team, Quality Assurance, Sales, and other teams to keep work moving efficiently and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Communicate staffing needs, inventory concerns, workflow challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build strong relationships across departments while helping create a seamless experience for both employees and customers.
- Drive Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, productivity, inventory accuracy, and team efficiency.
- Help develop and maintain warehouse procedures, support new systems and technology, and recommend process improvements that help SportRx continue to grow.
