Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools.
• Hands-on mindset—ready to operate forklifts (training provided) and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong written, verbal, and email communication skills.

Skills

• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
