Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Lenexa, KS - 14792 West 99th Street, Lenexa, Kansas 66215

Pay

$20 - $22 / hour and up to $2,500 through performance bonuses

Schedule

Monday-Friday 7am-5pm and a rotating Saturday morning shift

Responsibilities

• Manage the efficient and accurate shipping and receiving of inventory materials
• Maintain a neat, orderly, and safe warehouse
• Pull and pack merchandise from the warehouse to fulfill orders in a timely manner, correctly documenting and labeling assembled product with product code, description, and quantity
• Ensure customer service when packing orders (pack neatly, correctly, label information accurately, and sign off on completion)
• Check in and update returns
• Maintain a clean and neat work area within the warehouse
• Stock products in corresponding bins
• Troubleshoot and problem solve UPS and LTL claims
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Maintain product knowledge and accurately distinguish between products that have similar names/numbers
• Perform administrative duties
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Experience in both picking and packing in a high volume warehouse environment
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, understanding the importance of accurate documentation and labeling
• Forklift experience a plus
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Knowledge of MS Office programs, UPS, and inventory management systems preferable
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
