About the role
This role is in support of Cencora's veterinary and livestock production solutions marketed through our MWI Animal Health business. MWI Animal Health is a leading brand of Cencora, offering animal health services globally.
Responsibilities
- Hire, terminate, direct, and evaluate warehouse associates.
- Oversee receiving, shipping, returns, picking, packing, checking, stocking, order filling, and management of the cage/vault.
- Oversee verification and record keeping of outgoing shipments of controlled substances to customers.
- Ensure adherence to all safety guidelines and DEA regulations.
- Direct workflow, motivate, train, and monitor associate performance.
- Monitor processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Supervise receipt of merchandise, ensuring only intended products are accepted; maintain accurate daily logs.
- Oversee counting, weighing, and identification of shipped items; verify materials against invoices, bills of lading, and customer orders.
- Oversee order filling, double-checking, and shipping of controlled substances with assistance from cage/vault clerks or order fillers.
- Maintain records of delivery processes including time, date, quantity, source, and destination of materials shipped.
- Oversee route manifests and departures to ensure timely customer deliveries.
- Resolve delivery or order-filling issues with customers as needed.
- Ensure maintenance of detailed records documenting order-filling processes, including quantity, size, strength, and NDC numbers.
- Oversee packing quality to ensure customer receipt of satisfactory merchandise.
- Maintain highly detailed records of incoming and outgoing controlled substances in the cage/vault area.
- Track attendance, monitor performance, and manage overtime for associates.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two years of directly related, progressively responsible experience.

- Proficiency operating a reach truck, if required.
- Willingness to work extended hours, participate in weekend on-call rotation, and take part in physical inventory when scheduled.

Pay
$3,000 sign-on bonus.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM (or complete). Flexibility in schedule required based on business needs, including different hours or days. Onsite role at facility in Elizabethtown, PA; no remote or hybrid option.
