Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities to meet production and delivery schedules.

Lead, assign, and monitor work for a team of hourly employees, ensuring productivity goals and performance standards are consistently met.

Train, coach, and develop team members on warehouse procedures, safety practices, and company policies; provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.

Plan and adjust staffing levels based on workload, production schedules, and operational demands.

Maintain adherence to 5S and lean manufacturing principles to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and logistics to ensure seamless operations and timely material flow.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in process optimization projects.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of warehouse operations, policies, and procedures. Proven ability to lead, direct, and develop employees. Experience with personnel decisions including hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
