Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This includes managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and supervising warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and supply chain processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
• Experience with warehouse management software such as AS/RS systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and certifications preferred.

Pay
