The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards. They manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving goods.
• Cooking and baking are not specified in the job description.
• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain timely deliveries.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they meet operational requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding product issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse management or related field.
• Proven ability to manage inventory and logistics.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with warehouse software systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications
