Warehouse Supervisor

Dometic Land Vehicles Americas provides high-end products for recreational vehicles, commercial passenger vehicles, and overlanding vehicles across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. We are seeking a passionate Warehouse Supervisor for our Elkhart, IN facility to support our continuous growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner for inventory across facilities, including inventory accuracy, cycle counting, replenishment, and KPI/data integrity.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing inefficiencies, improving service levels, and driving sustainable process standardization.
• Own project management responsibilities, including scope definition, tracking progress, and ensuring execution of key initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and drive corrective actions across processes.
• Ensure accountability and follow-through on open action items, process gaps, and performance issues.
• Support growth in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer channels with a focus on performance.
• Provide supervisory coverage across functional areas as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong experience in inventory control, including cycle counting, slotting, replenishment, and multi-site inventory management.
• Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and deliver measurable results in areas such as inventory accuracy, cost reduction, and service levels.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Solid project management experience, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and drive execution to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms (BPCS preferred), with a focus on process and system improvements.
• Demonstrated leadership capability, including coaching, accountability, and driving performance across teams.
• Ability to balance day-to-day operational execution with longer-term process improvement and strategic initiatives.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, progress, and recommendations to leadership.
• Experience leading change initiatives and driving adoption of new processes and standards.
• Understanding of the financial impact of operational decisions, including inventory accuracy, freight cost, and process efficiency.
• Demonstrated potential to grow into broader operational leadership roles.
• 5+ years of experience in distribution, warehousing, or logistics operations required.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
