About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations in a fast-paced warehouse, executing daily and short-term plans to achieve operational and business objectives. Responsibilities include central receiving, ingredient inventory/balancing/storage, and chemical storage.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and ensure the accurate and efficient flow of all palletizers, transfers, shipments, inbound supplies, and trucks.
  • Supervise daily inventory, storage, and movement of all packaging materials and finished product.
  • Oversee finished product, packaging material, and ingredient stock rotation.
  • Count, balance, and verify proper tagging procedures for all hold product vs. hold report; monitor and control daily hold adjustments.
  • Serve as direct contact for the Quality Department; file and track all hold dumping/sorting/repacking documents per TTB regulations.
  • Supervise employee training, coaching, and discipline; schedule replacement coverage for call-ins.
  • Oversee all scanning, WMS functions, meters versus receipts, and various reports.
  • Ensure proper operations of all on-board forklift scanners, radios, cradles, and WMS equipment; record daily forklift inspection reports.
  • Enforce policies to comply with internal, federal, state, and local regulations, including GMP, Fire codes, insurance guidelines, sanitation, pest control, safety, OSHA, FDA, DMV, and TTB.
  • Support Packaging, Customer Service, Brewing, Accounting, Purchasing, and Quality Assurance departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. A combination of education, military leadership, or work experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing (required).
  • Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience, preferably within a union environment.
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills and advanced computer skills; WMS knowledge helpful.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work any shift and weekends when necessary to cover business needs.
