Responsibilities

  • Manage daily workflow including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory replenishment.
  • Supervise warehouse associates, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and training.
  • Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment; ensure all staff follow equipment safety protocols.
  • Enforce OSHA, company, and site-specific safety standards; conduct regular safety checks and incident reporting.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts, oversee cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity and accuracy.

Required Qualifications

  • Forklift Certification (must be current and valid).
  • 2–4 years of warehouse or logistics experience; 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and OSHA regulations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of lean principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with pallet jacks, reach trucks, or other material-handling equipment.
