About the role
We have an immediate opening for a 3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to manage a team of 5–10 union employees responsible for picking and loading. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with at least 3 years of supervisory experience who can motivate employees through communication and KPIs. Bilingual skills (Creole, French, or Spanish) and basic computer proficiency are helpful.
Responsibilities
- Safety
- Conduct daily warehouse checks at the beginning and end of the shift to ensure the warehouse is in good condition.
- Monitor that all operations follow safety procedures, prioritizing worker safety.
- Secure and alarm premises when responsible.
- Ensure forklift inspections are completed and all employees are trained on powered industrial trucks (PIT).
- Team Building
- Supervise, train, and motivate union employees.
- Promote team building and a positive workplace culture.
- Provide both positive feedback and constructive criticism.
- Compliance
- Implement work pace to meet goals.
- Document union employee actions, including absences, lateness, and violations of company or contractual rules.
- Monitor and provide feedback on employee performance.
- Write and conduct reviews for union personnel.
- Track employee performance using WMS and WCS, and utilize Excel for tracking.
- Communication
- Attend weekly supervisor meetings and communicate issues or ideas to improve warehouse operations.
- Relay vital operational information to fellow supervisors and management via email or in person.
- Fill in for the Warehouse Night Operations Manager when they are not present.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience supervising 5+ warehouse employees.
- 3rd shift experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to adapt to changes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety (OSHA certified).
- Experience with warehouse machines (pallet jack, order picker, reach, and forklift).
- Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Experience with project management.
- Bilingual (Creole, French, or Spanish) is a plus.
- Conflict resolution experience.

Schedule
Monday – Thursday, typically 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
Pay
$75,000 – $85,000 annually.
