Warehouse Supervisor | 2nd Shift - Food Manufacturing

About the role

We’re seeking a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations within our warehousing and logistics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipments.
• Supervise and coach warehouse associates up to 10 associates per shift, approve PTO, and enforce safety and performance standards.
• Maintain and monitor entries into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP (QAD).
• Cookbook raw material staging for production and maintain packaging inventory levels.
• Coordinate cycle counts and inventory audits, investigating variances and maintaining compliance.
• Support internal audits, safety programs, and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with supply planning, production, and transportation partners to coordinate inventory flow.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and quality assurance documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in food or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel/Word.
• Proven ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of accuracy and accountability.
• Must be able to lift 60+ lbs. and work in cold environments.

Pay

$65,000–$70,000 (depending on experience)
