Warehouse Supervisor - 1st Shift

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team, based at our 3rd Party location in Coppell, TX. The primary responsibilities include Receiving, Storage, and Delivery to Manufacturing, and the candidate will work closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Planning to support production.
Responsibilities
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising 20-25 Team Members across 2 shifts, and will handle Team scheduling and daily assignments. This person will be responsible for warehouse cycle counting, root cause, and will be involved in the resolution of all discrepancies related to the warehouse. The Supervisor will also be responsible for managing and utilizing SAP Manufacturing, overseeing Inventory/Warehouse, and administering COGI Resolution.
- Managing and utilizing SAP Manufacturing
- Overseeing Inventory/Warehouse and administering COGI Resolution
- Supervising Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt Resolution
- Conducting MRP inventory analysis and collecting and analyzing data to present improvement possibilities
- Participating in development of Warehouse strategy
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with 2+ years of successful experience in a Warehouse Manufacturing supervisory experience. They will also have experience in manufacturing processes and inventory replenishment methods, be proficient in warehouse management software (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), and be legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of successful experience in a Warehouse Manufacturing supervisory experience
- Experience in manufacturing processes and inventory replenishment methods such as Kanban, VMI, Consignment, etc.
- Proficient in warehouse management software (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management with demonstrated delivery of improvement projects in a manufacturing environment
- LEAN, Six Sigma, Root Cause and Continuous Improvement skills
- APICS/CPM Accreditation
Pay
The salary range for this position is $67,544 - $115,790.
