Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in the San Francisco, CA area. Must be open to shift.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team by establishing clear accountability, setting performance expectations, and fostering employee engagement and development.
• Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment focused on trust, teamwork, safety, quality, and alignment with organizational values.
• Direct all shipping and warehouse operations for assigned shifts, providing leadership, guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Maintain overall accountability for shift performance, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all operational processes.
• Manage end-to-end warehouse functions, including receiving, inventory control, storage, order fulfillment, sanitation, and distribution of materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate workforce planning, scheduling, and material availability to effectively support production and operational requirements.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor daily workloads and special projects to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient completion.
• Ensure products and operational processes consistently meet quality standards and comply with company, state, and federal requirements.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, FDA, USDA, HACCP, and internal policies, promoting a culture of safety and regulatory adherence.
• Monitor performance against budgetary and operational targets, driving improvements in labor productivity, waste reduction, and overall efficiency.
• Leverage technology, warehouse management systems, and Lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving opportunities that enhance operational effectiveness and reduce expenses.
• Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends, resolve operational challenges, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-5 years of experience in a warehouse, production or manufacturing environment
• Understanding of production, operations and manufacturing processes
• Proven ability to lead, manage and develop employees
• Working knowledge of equipment and maintenance operations
