Warehouse - Stand Up Forklift Operator - 1st Shift

About the role

Operate a stand-up forklift to safely move, load, and stage materials within the warehouse, supporting daily operations such as inventory management, material handling, and general housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials using a stand-up forklift.
• Load, unload, stack, and stage products accurately.
• Perform inventory counts and update locations.
• Follow safety standards, equipment procedures, and protocols.
• Assist with packing, labeling, and organizing materials.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support shipping and receiving tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Experience operating a stand-up forklift required.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs.
• Reliable attendance and adherence to instructions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Screening Requirements

• Must pass a drug screen (no medical marijuana).
• Must pass a background check with no felonies, due to the safety-sensitive nature of the role.
