About the role
SPS Companies is seeking a full-time Warehouse person for their Taunton, MA location. Founded in 1951, SPS Companies, Inc. is a premier wholesale distributor of products and services for residential and commercial plumbing, mechanical and industrial piping, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, specialty sheet metal, and fire protection.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload flatbed trailers
- Fill customer orders
- Arrange for truck, courier, and other shipments
- Receive and organize inbound material
- General cleaning and stocking of material and shelves
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written and oral instructions
- Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Forklift and warehouse experience preferred
- Previous use RF scanner gun preferred, but not required
