What You’ll Do

  • Receive, store, stage, and distribute raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production areas
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Load and unload shipments while verifying quantities, documentation, and product condition
  • Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, ERP transactions, and material reconciliation activities
  • Ensure materials are properly labeled, organized, and stored according to GMP and safety standards
  • Clock material movement with Production, Scheduling, and Supply Chain teams to support manufacturing operations
  • Prepare materials for production batches and ensure timely delivery to manufacturing lines
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization in compliance with cGMP, SOP, and safety requirements
  • Aid with shipping, receiving, palletizing, wrapping, and staging activities as needed
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and safety
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and in real time using ERP and warehouse management systems

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or GMP-regulated environment preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of forklift experience in a warehouse setting required
  • Experience operating sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory transactions, and warehouse documentation processes
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain inventory accuracy and follow procedures consistently
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Production teams
  • Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices, GMP standards, and material handling procedures
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
