Warehouse Staff

About the role

Arya Noble is seeking an on-site Warehouse Staff member in Indonesia to support warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and inventory management of goods.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods to ensure orders match warehouse records.
• Organize received goods into designated storage areas to maintain a tidy warehouse layout and ease of retrieval.
• Inspect goods for quality (expiration dates, packaging, etc.) and maintain storage areas to meet quality standards.
• Receive and pack incoming orders according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to achieve operational excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external parties to support business goals.
• Conduct inventory counts (stock opname) to ensure accurate records and prevent discrepancies.
• Record the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse to maintain clear documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience in a similar industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations in a related industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Inventory Management systems.
