Warehouse Specialist (Flexible Part Time)

About the Role

Our Fredericksburg, PA distribution center is looking for Warehouse Specialists to join our team as part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing product fulfillment services to Ace Retailers and their communities. In this role, you will work as part of a values-driven culture team to service Ace Retailers by warehousing Ace merchandise and fulfilling orders.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Ace merchandise and fulfill retailer orders
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and injury-free environment — safety is our number one priority
• Participate in extensive training to ensure safety and efficiency
• Contribute to a safety-centric culture that encourages all team members to take responsibility for one another’s safety

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
• Ability to stoop, squat, and kneel regularly, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Availability on weekends and holidays may be required
• Be a safety champion and actively contribute to our safety-centric culture
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a self-starter

Qualifications

• Preferred: Warehousing, distribution, farming, light industrial/manufacturing, or construction experience
• Preferred: Familiarity with operating warehousing power equipment
• Preferred: Comfort using voice-directed systems
