Warehouse Specialist
What the role is about
This role will be responsible for careful receiving, detailed inspection, cataloging, and management of production and facility consumables.
What impact you’ll make
- Establish and perform routine warehouse inventory management physically and electronically.
- Unload, unbox, and record incoming inventory.
- Careful inspection that receiving items matches purchase order and meeting quality standards.
- Work with quality team on sampling and performing QA inspection of primary packaging consumables and raw ingredients.
- Troubleshoot printers, scanner, and labeler as needed.
- Adhere to strict sanitation practices throughout the facility.
- Keep an organized warehouse supply.
- Restock production supply in designated area.
Able to work
- Independently as well as operating as part of a team.
- Participate in weekly meetings with other Managers for accurate inventory management.

The percentage allocations are a general estimate and may vary based on business needs and priorities. Additional duties may be required as needed to support overall operations.
What you’ve accomplished
- 2 years of experience in inventory tracking or related field preferred.
- Proficient in the use of excel and VBA preferred.
- Experienced operating forklift preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
- Skilled in the use of power tools.
- Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including off business hours as needed.
Working Conditions (Schedule, Environment, Travel)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more multiple times per day.
The schedule will vary
depending on the needs of the business. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid New Mexico Food Handler License to support safe and compliant handling of cannabis products.
