Warehouse Specialist
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Store inventory in designated locations while maintaining proper organization and labeling.
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipping according to company procedures.
- Perform regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse, following safety regulations.
- Track inventory movements using warehouse management systems or manual logs.
- Absorb and resolve discrepancies in inventory counts.
- Cook up with other departments to fulfill orders and restock supplies.
- Comply with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Some travel is required to other warehouse locations.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or inventory management experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (50+ lbs.) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Forklift experience required.
- The use of a reliable personal vehicle.

- Standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
