About the role
Responsible for safely staging, moving, and prepping material to designated areas while using powered industrial equipment. Efficiently moves material in a safe manner to and from storage areas and throughout the warehouse. Ensures product is presented to locations by prepping boxes and/or bins. Counts and validates the number of units of material moved or handled daily. Assists in the process of inventory reconciliation. Maintains equipment by keeping it clean and safe, reporting service requests as needed. Serves as a backup as needed in various areas. Emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, ownership, continuous improvement, and efficiency.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proficient in using at least 3 pieces of industrial equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Reach Truck, Turret Truck).
- Certified as an industrial equipment trainer and able to train others on equipment.
- Minimum 6 months of general warehouse experience preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of powered industrial equipment experience preferred.
- RF SCangun experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
Pay
The expected pay range for this role is $18.00 – $20.00 per hour. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm. Must have the ability to work overtime hours.
