About the role
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Responsibilities
- Inbound & Material Receiving & Storage: Oversee receiving processes and ensure quantity and condition accuracy. Place materials in assigned storage locations accurately and efficiently. Manage storage, labeling, and internal material flow.
- Production Line Support: Deliver materials to production lines as instructed. Ensure timely and accurate material supply to support production schedules. Monitor material consumption and proactively prevent shortages. Work closely with production teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Outbound Assistance: Verify shipment quantities before release. Coordinate outbound shipments and ensure on-time schedule adherence. Confirm quantities, product types, and shipping documentation accuracy.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory counts and organize stock efficiently. Report discrepancies and inventory issues to the supervisor. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
- Safety: Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures. Participate in on-the-job safety training and compliance activities.
- Additional Duties: Review shipping instructions and packaging specifications and accurately communicate with the on-site teams. Coordinate responses to inquiries regarding production schedules and materials with supervisors. Summarize daily operational status and assist in preparing reports. Track daily metrics, report KPIs, and identify inefficiencies to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, inventory control, and material flow management.
- Familiarity with KPI tracking, Lean processes, and Kaizen improvement activities is preferred.
- Experience in supervising and leading warehouse teams.
- Strong understanding of inventory control practices and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to generate reports.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in Korean and English is required.
Pay
The base pay range for this role is between $48,000 - $55,000 per year. Your base pay will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
