Warehouse Specialist - Multiple shifts!!

About the role

This role is crucial in ensuring timely and efficient operations, supporting production schedules, and contributing to overall company performance.

Shifts

• D1: 12 Hr Rotation, 5am-5pm
• D2: 12 Hr Rotation, 5am-5pm
• N1: 12 Hr Rotation, 5pm-5am
• N2: 12 Hr Rotation, 5pm-5am

What You Will Do

• Component checking/reversals in SAP
• Ensuring Inventory accuracy
• Operating the stand-up and sit-down forklifts
• Acting as a communication link to customer service, purchasing, production planners, material handlers, scheduling, engineers and quality concerning inventory levels, and the status of inbound and outbound orders
• Preparing finished goods and paperwork per customer requirements for shipment
• Cooking freight pickups/deliveries with freight carriers using email and phone from customer/corporate approved list
• Using UPS/FedEx apps to prepare shipments and tracking
• Cooking subcontract shipping requirements between subcontractor, production and purchasing with appropriate paperwork
• Driving the interplant company truck

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• At least one or more years of experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing/industrial environment

What Will Put You Ahead

• One or more years of experience operating a forklift
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP
• One or more years of experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment

Pay

This position is not eligible for VISA sponsorship. In order to comply with U.S. export control laws and regulations, this position requires applicants to either provide proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status or be eligible to receive an export authorization (a license) under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations.
