About the role
Responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of materials. Manage team members, set goals, and provide feedback.
Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Resolve issues and conflicts among team members to maintain a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse space and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of warehouse equipment and safety protocols.

Pay
