Warehouse Shrinkwrapper - First Shift
About The Role
Our Warehouse Shrinkwrappers play a critical role in ensuring our products are prepared with precision, care, and consistency before they reach our customers. They help maintain our high-quality standards by accurately counting, packaging, and protecting products so they are ready for distribution. We provide training and opportunities for advancement for team members who are dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn.
Responsibilities
- Accurately count and package products into standard bundle quantities (e.g., 25, 50, 100)
- Operate shrink-wrapping equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect products and finished packages for accuracy, quality, and proper wrapping
- Label and organize packaged products according to established standards
- Proactively address errors, shortages, or quality concerns with supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Meet daily production and quality goals as part of a team
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Assist with additional warehouse or production tasks as needed
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Basic English communication skills sufficient to perform job duties
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand motions required
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Able to accurately count and follow written or verbal instructions
- Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time, up to 40 hours per week
Hourly rate: $16.00-$17.00
Day, night, weekend, and overtime shifts may be available
Schedule: 8am - 4:30pm
