Warehouse Loader - 1st Shift

About the role

Join a team dedicated to feeding communities by loading orders onto trailers for delivery to local stores. This fast-paced role requires high energy, organization, and activity, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely.
• Inspect trailers prior to loading.
• Verify orders using RF handhelds or voice headsets.
• Load and secure pallets to prevent damages.
• Perform equipment inspections and complete related forms.
• Lift varying case weights safely, often on multiple levels.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with material handling equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety procedures.
• Team-oriented attitude with a desire to support communities.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and handle equipment safely.

Key Duties & Environment

Maintain active standing, bending, lifting, and walking on various surfaces, with frequent lifting of products weighing 1-60 lbs. The environment may include cool grocery settings (50°-90°).
