Warehouse / Shop Senior Associate

About the role

Our Warehouse & Cabinet Shop has a position for a senior shop associate for our Miramar Beach, Florida facility. This candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to details and some equipment experience (Forklift, Drill, Saw, Basic Hand Tools, etc.). We are looking for someone with a positive attitude in order to grow with us. We believe in delivering results to our Clients, our Team and one another and that co-workers become family with the right culture. Our Team wins when everyone does their part and helps each other overcome bad days.

Responsibilities

• Part of a small team receiving and staging materials, cut and process jobs for installation
• Collaborates with fellow Teammates to ensure proper quality of materials and completion of jobs
• Be accountable for results and celebrate the wins
• Interact with Fellow Team Members effectively and respectfully
• Occasionally drive company vehicle with component materials weighing up to 50 pounds each, up 1-2 flights of stairs safely and delicately

Qualifications

• 2+ Years of warehouse experience, it's a bonus if you have worked with wood or cabinets
• Communicates clearly, and professionally while reading materials list and measuring accurately
• Light construction or hand tool experience a plus
• Detail oriented and ability to handle multiple projects at a time
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a Team, being dependable and punctual
• Forklift certified a plus but we will train, must have valid Driver's License & be safety conscious and willing to grow with us
