Senior Warehouse Associate
About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Senior Warehouse Associate for our distribution facility. In this role, you will perform specialized wire cutting applications and other value-added services, including subsequent manufacturing and assembly of ready-to-install products.
Responsibilities
- Operate a cutting machine to prepare and ship specialized wire, cable, and related materials per customer orders.
- Operate wire respooling machinery and calculate respooling length based on desired footage.
- Visually inspect wire for imperfections and verify part number accuracy.
- Learn and set up stripe machines, twist machines, and etch lines.
- Load, unload, and move materials safely, manually or using a forklift or other approved equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred.
- Forklift and reach truck experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and mechanical/technical aptitude.
- Ability to read a ruler and perform basic math.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to operate warehouse equipment, including power equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical, construction, or mechanical products is a plus.

Pay
$19.13 - $22.96 per hour. Offer amounts may vary based on geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or collective bargaining agreements. Eligible positions may include participation in bonus or sales incentive plans.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
